    The zinc power and silicon acid are served as main raw materials of ethyl ester and are added with macromolecule compound, thickener, filling, assistant agent and solvent, with A and B double-component packaging. The coating is high for zinc power content, has optimal cathodic protection function, has excellent weatherability can undertake long-term wind erosion, with outstanding oil resistance.

    It may be served as general anti-rust primer and may also be served as individual anti-corrosive paint.

    Surface treatment

    *The steel surface is required to be subjected to shotblasting or sandblasting method for treatment; as anti-rust paint, the coating surface is required to reach Grade Sa2.5 of Sweden Derusting Standard.

    *As anti-rust paint, the coating surface is required to reach Grade Sa3 of Sweden Derusting Standard.

    *The roughness reaches40-70μm.


    Construction condition

    The temperature of substrate must be 3℃ higher than dewing point, and the relative humidity must be less than 50%.

     

    Finishing paint

    Epoxy resin coating, epoxy asphalt coating,  oxide rubber coating,alkyd resin coating, polyurethane coating, highly chlorine polyethylene coating; the finish paint may not also be coated.

    Packing Specification

    30Kg/20L per barrel for Component A; 7.5Kg/10L per barrel for Component B

    Considerations

    *Since the content of zinc power is high, while allocating, it is suggested to employ the mechanical stirring to uniformly stir Component A, after that, add Component B and stir uniformly.

    *When the substrate temperature is≧30℃ but doesn’t exceed 60℃, in order to avoid dry spraying, the diluent must be added and regulated until no dry spraying;

    *Prior to coating the next pass of paint, the zinc salt on the surface must be eliminated thoroughly, otherwise, the adhesion force between paint film layers shall be affected.

    Safety guide  

    Avoid breathing solvent steam or paint fog for a long term; the skin and eye can’t contact this product; while constructing in the narrow place or poorly ventilated place, the forced ventilation must be provided; while constructing, the protective articles should be worn.
