Product Description
The paint is composed by high chlorinated polyethylene, synthetic resin, plasticizer, pigment, additive, solvent and other components. The paint is good at weather aging resistance, chemical atmosphere corrosion resistance and acid, base and salt resistance. The film has good light resistance and color retention and the film is bright in color and with good outdoor applicability.
Design Purpose
It is used as antiseptic decoration for outdoor steel structures and the surface of concrete equipment.

Considerations | *Before construction, high chlorinated polyethylene heavy anti-corrosion paint must be fully stirred well. *Construction method of the high chlorinated polyethylene heavy anti-corrosion paint can be brushing and roller coating and in a crisscross sequence during spray and with a certain speed to form compact and uniform coating and reduce the porosity. When brushing is adopted, number of coating shall not be much and generally be 3 passes. If the number of brushing paint is too much, the coating on the substrate or on the middle layer is easy to become coarse to make the top-coat discolor. *Special diluents shall be used for the dilution of the high chlorinated polyethylene heavy anti-corrosion paint. The coating needs no dilution when the construction is under low temperature and the coating is after the blasting treatment. If the construction of the steel surface is under higher temperature in summer, the primer must be diluted before brushing, however, the dosage of the diluent shall be controlled in 5%-10% of the coating content. *The interval time of the high chlorinated polyethylene heavy anti-corrosion paint.
