  • Product Description

    The product is consisted of organic silicon resin, special high temperature resistant corrosion resistant paint, additive, padding, auxiliaries, solvent, etc. They can be divided into primer and finishing coat, and also can resist high temperature for a long time, supporting excellent binding force, corrosion resistant, meanwhile resisting chemical atmosphere, climate ageing, water and have a good humidity resistant, good decorative function, electrical insulating property.


    Design Purpose

    The product is used for the high temperature corrosion of blast furnace and the outer wall of hot blast stove, also can used for the requested protection of high temperature corrosion on the surface of chimney, flue, vent-pipe, high temperature heat pipe, heating furnace, heat exchanger and other metal.

    Surface treatment

    *The new steel surface shall be conducted the treatment of Shot blasting or Sand blasting ,meeting the Swedish derusting standard Sa2.5 level ,roughness is40~70μm ;

    *The maintaining surface can be derusted by manual machine, meeting the Swedish derusting standard Sa3 level , roughness is 40μm.


    Construction condition

    The substrate temperature must over 3℃ than usual ,relative humidity primer must over 50%,the finishing coat must less than 85%.

    Safety guide

    Avoiding inhalation of vapor or mist, skin and eyes shall not be contacted with this product. In the process of construction , the forced ventilation shall be provided especially in the place which is in narrow and stagnant air condition. The protective gear shall be provided in the execution of construction.
