Product introduction
It is well-known that steel structure units without any fireproofing production will soften and lose its carrying capacity which can cause building break down and destroy if they are fired for more than fifteen minutes.In order to improve fireproofing capacity of steel structure,TB thin type steel structure expansion fire-proof coating is developed by our company.It has excellent fireproofing capacity and good physical properties.
Features
The coating is thinner,light weight and its dry density is about 0.6t/m3
The coating doesn’t have asbestos, organic solvent, and it is non-corrosiveness and harmless to people.
The coating doesn’t need to be reinforced with steel wire and it will not come off naturally because of its strong adhesive force.
The coating has resistance and frost resistance.
Application
The coating is suitable for fireproofing protection of all kinds of industrial and civil construction steel structure units and also used to spray on pre-stressed concrete floorslab and steel pipe concrete column which are used to protect buildings.The paint can be spayed with spaying machine or rolling paint .The coating should be used up after opened. Application temperature should not be lower than 5℃ and relative humidity <=85%. See details in application guidebook.
B Storage and transportation
The coating is nontoxic,harmless,nonflammable and no explosive,so its transportation required.Plus materials and bottom materials can respectively be packed with plastic tank.They should be stored at 5-35℃.The effective storage life is 1 year.
