Surface treatment

If the former primer has been polluted, the oil, dust shall be eliminated by proper method and can also be scrubbed by this paint diluent.

Construction condition

The temperature is 5℃-35℃, relative humidity mustbemore than 85%, the temperature of the surface of spray material shall be more than 3℃ than usual point, the construction can’t be conductedunder the condition of raining ,foggy, snowing days and heavy dust.

Remarks

The thickness of paint film can be adjusted when in necessary, but the spreading rate and drying time can be changed correspondingly

Considerations

*If the spray time of former primer is too long, when spray the later pass coating, the water sand paper shall be used for roughening. After cleaning the surface dust, the coating can be painted in order to ensure the adhesion between layers.

*All the construction tool shall be cleaned and dried, water and other impurities can’t be mixed into the coating which is produced in using time. The coating shall be used up within 8hours.

*The paint film shall be protected before it is not totally dried and cured. Avoiding being washed and affected by rain and other liquids.

*The paint shall be stored in the condition of low temperature and in ventilated and dry places. Keep it away from heat source, avoid direct sunlight and the paint shall be isolated from fire.

Safety guide

Pay attention to the safe items on the packing label. Moreover, operators shall obey the Safety guide legal specification issued by relevant state or local government. Avoiding inhalation of vapor or mist, skin and eyes shall not be contacted with this product. In the process of construction, the forced ventilation shall be provided especially in the place which is in narrow and stagnant air condition. The protective gear shall be provided in the execution of construction even though the ventilation is good.
