Construction method

High pressure siphon spray and air spray, manual brushing, roller spray and other coating methods.

Surface treatment

If the preceding paint has been contaminated, take proper measurements to remove grease, dust, and also diluent for the preceding paint can be used to scrub.

Construction condition

Temperature is in 5℃ - 35℃, relative humidity shall be less than 85%, surface temperature of the object to be painted shall greater than dew point above 3℃, construction shall be forbidden under the condition of rain, fog, snow and larger dust.

Prior primer

Zinc-rich epoxy primer, micaceous iron epoxy anti-rusting paint.

Packing Specification

Container of 20 liters can load Component A of 18kg, container of 4 liters can load Component B of 2kg.

Remarks

Film thickness can be adjusted according to demand, however, that can correspondingly change spreading rate and affect drying time.

Considerations

*If coating time of the preceding paint is too long, when coating the sequent paint, roughen the surface with waterproof abrasive paper, paint the coating after clearing away the dust and dirt on the surface to assure the interlayer adhesion.

*Tools for construction shall be clean and dry, the coating shall not be mixed with water or other impurities, prepare the coating at the time of use, and the coating shall be used up in 4h.

*Before entirely cured and dry, take protection measurements for the film to avoid the washing and trample from rains or other liquid.

*Coatings shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, kept away from heat source, and avoid direct sunshine and isolated from fire.

Safety guide

Please pay attention to the security issues on the packaging. In addition, relevant national safety code or specified by the local government shall be followed. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and spray mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product.

Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn.
