If the preceding paint has been contaminated, take proper measurements to remove grease, dust, and also diluent for the preceding paint can be used to scrub.

Construction condition

The paint must be stirred evenly before construction. Substrate temperature shall be greater than dew point above 3℃.

The construction temperature of common paint had better be in range of 0- 35℃. Pay attention to weather and temperature changes during construction; construction shall be forbidden under rain, frog and snow or when the relative humidity is greater than 85%. In hot summer, construction in direct sunshine shall be forbidden.

Prior primer

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene pale primer, chlorosulfonated polyethylene iron red antirust paint, chlorosulfonated polyethylene micaseous iron antirust paint, red lead epoxy antirust paint, chlorinated rubber aluminum powder mastic antirust paint, chlorinated rubber iron red antirust paint, etc.

Considerations

*Before construction, the paint must be fully stirred well.

*Construction methods can be brushing and roller coating. Crisscross sequence and a certain speed shall be kept during coating to form compact and uniform coating and reduce porosity. Number of coating passes shall not be too many during brushing, general for 3 passes. If coating the finish too many times, the coating on the base layer or middle layer is easy to become rough to make the finish discolor.

*Special diluent shall be used for the paint if using diluents.

*Maintenance of the coating: after coating, come into use after 7d curing at room temperature.

Safety guide

Please pay attention to the security issues on the packaging. In addition, relevant national safety code or specified by the local government shall be followed. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and spray mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product.

Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn.
